Transportation Chapter Ratifies Tentative Agreement Members of MPEA’s Department of Transportation Chapter overwhelmingly approved the tentative agreement reached Sept. 6. Ballots were counted Sept. 18 at MPEA headquarters. Click on the tentative agreement below for all the details of this contract’s improvements, or on Memo for a discussion of the specific changes. Bargaining team members working with Field Service Director in developing this new contract included MPEA President Tim Fellows, Butte, Dan Ferestad, Shelby, Alyce Fisher, Helena, Maura Procter, Billings, Kevin Adkins, Billings, Brad Marten, Missoula and Jeff McLaughlin, Great Falls.
